It may be the lighting, but I think it looks more strawberry blonde in some images which is too close to Scarlet's hair color. I'm still going to get this set, I may try repainting the hair.

My Cobra Ferret arrived. I'm glad I picked this one up, the main gun may be different from the original vehicle but I like the options it gives you to pose a figure using it. What the hell is a missile lauch?

The Rambo figures do look really good, I'd love to get one. Hiya Toy's first 1/12 scale figure was Judge Dredd and from what I've seen, it's not a good figure: I guess, avoid Hiya Toys if it's tight fitting clothing.

I've experienced Neca breakage on a few figures, almost always in the hips. Neca has no customer service, your best hope would be to return it to the store and hope the next figure is okay. The Neca stuff I've bought in the past few years have improved greatly, I haven't experienced any breakage...
