Actually…it doesn’t. Last I checked Collins neither had the level of stardom or importance to the Star Trek franchise that Leonard Nimoy does. I seriously doubt that Collins would have ANY say in a theoretical figure of Decker. That would ALL be in the hands of the Paramount licensing...

I intend to buy EVERY figure that EXO-6 releases, but I draw the line at chairs. The NCC-1701 chair is exciting because it is so iconic…the QMX release was beautiful and has amazing shelf presence. I don’t really consider any of the other chairs to be visually iconic so I intend to skip them...
