Well, it kind of works. I broke the tip off one thumb and marred the paint... :gah: I'd rather have a correctly positioned thumb and lose the mobility... oh well. Now I need a gold touch up marker or paint to fix the marring.

I own the Tamashii 3PO and opted to buy the Sideshow 3PO as a "potential" upgrade, as the prototype photos showed promise. After my initial unboxing of the Sideshow 3PO, I was leaning toward that version to display alongside my Hot Toys figs. Although I like the Tamashii finish better, I think...

My line up won't be completely complete until we have Peter Cushing's character... :impatient:

It's a Kenner 1.0 body with blue coat. Belt and pants from 1990s Hasbro Han Hoth, boots from 1990s Hasbro Bespin Luke (dyed), Goggles from Six Million Dollar Man and finally Scarf from the NEW Sideshow Han Hoth :)

I almost have my Han Hoth looking the way I want. This is the figure we should have got back in the good ol' year of 1980.

Is it possible that the blue coat Han's are on 1.0 bodies? Is that the pattern?

galactiboy, does the Han head seem out of proportion with the HT Luke Bespin head? It's hard to tell from the photo. Also thanks for the info. I may go looking for those boots when my Han arrives. If the Hot Toys head doesn't gel well with the Sideshow Han head, and it's a matter of posing...

I didn't think I would say this, but I think the in-hand photos of Sideshow's Han Hoth is beating the prototype photos of Hot Toys' A New Hope Han in terms of sculpt. I see more Harrison Ford in the above photos than I do the Hot Toy's pics. Of course things may change when Hot Toys' figure...

Ahhh... finally!! Pics look good. Looks like you used the older Bespin shirt and jacket. Any observations on the differences between new and old, aside from the zipper? Also, please excuse my ignorance, but can you elaborate on the body and boots you used? I don't frequent these forums...

I can't believe nobody has posted a new Sideshow Han with the full Bespin get-up yet. Does anyone own a pair of brown pants? My figure should arrive tomorrow. I don't have the entire Bespin outfit, but I do have similar pants and boots from Sideshow Ceremonial Luke. I may have to try those...
