I know this is based on an existing comic but basically a Vader body with a Luke head just looks like something a kid pieced together from what ever broken toys he had laying around his room to me.

These high res photos really blow the speckled pattern way out of proportion. Maybe it's my aging eyes but at a normal viewing distance of a couple feet I cant see the dots at all. I was really worried when I order him as I thought the weathering was god awful but once I got him its a non issue...

Sideshow has this version ofAnakin as part of their BOGO promotion so I am considering picking him up. Anyone know if he can be posed like the animated version can with arms crossed? Its such an iconic pose for this version of the figure!

That Yoda looks fantastic and makes me want the entire set but knowing the quality of the other pieces and Sideshow charging Hot Toys level prices makes it a hard pass unfortunately.

I am new to this particular figure. Where did this HS come from? I am just starting to collect some CW characters and would love to add an Anakin but I wish he was just a bit closer to the cartoon version like they did with the Ahsoka figure.

I saw a weathering technique on Youtube for a 1:1 chromed 3PO head prop that probably would work very well here to give you that dulled ROTJ look. Elmers school glue. Paint on, let dry then lightly rub off areas to expose the shiner surface. Easy to do and if you dont like it, easy to remove.
