I heard back from Mondo support. The figure is indeed being returned to China due to a “customs issue” and they’ll let me know when there is a “new shipping timeline” once the issue is resolved. They offered a full refund or a $25 discount code for the inconvenience and wait. Le sigh I’m...

So some were labeled correctly and delivered and others not? I dunno. But there’s definitely a screw up somewhere

Mondo/ DHL can’t even deliver all their orders to the US and Canada. You might have dodged a bullet Europe!

I would think twice about ordering this from Mondo. Several people, myself included, are receiving notice that their Macready figures cannot clear DHL customs and will be sent back to China. You may end up paying, waiting and then receiving nothing!

I also received the Cannot clear customs notification. I emailed mondo but I won’t be surprised if they shrug their shoulders and say it’s beyond their control or something to that effect. Just ridiculous

DHL is the absolute worst and I don’t think I’ll order anything from Mondo again as long as they are using their services.

The flaws were expected, especially the clunky body and jacket. Basically a kit, but with replacement pieces and tlc it can look good.
