1/6 Premier Toys - The Marauder (Mad Max 2 Wez)

Needs a bit more beef but those shoulder pads are the pieces most need of work.

1/6 Premier Toys - The Marauder (Mad Max 2 Wez)

From the limited pictures this looks to be as solicited but with inferior paint, minimal weathering, no futzing/posing and worse lighting and photography. I'm not convinced anything needs to be swapped to get it looking like the proto and I haven't re-read but I don't recall there being changes...

1/6 Premier Toys - The Marauder (Mad Max 2 Wez)

Looks good! I never thought we'd get the same quality weathering job from the proto. It can be tricky and many customs that attempt weathering execute it poorly.

Lack of pics, short order window, I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy has a very low number produced.

Yup, a perfect representation of Disgruntled Dax

Hot Toys Back to the Future II - 1/6th scale DeLorean Time Machine

Seeing how it operates was very helpful. I agree the sideways twisting of the wheel + pulling did that stress point no favors.

Hot Toys Back to the Future II - 1/6th scale DeLorean Time Machine

Between improper transforming, play time and flight stand mishaps I see broken wheels in the future and busted deloreans on eBay.

Hot Toys Black Widow - Black Suit

It’s a Hot Toys Widow body with the legs swapped with a pair of slightly longer Hot Toys legs. I didn’t have to modify anything other than that, a very easy parts swap custom.

Hot Toys Black Widow - Black Suit

Thanks, I'm very happy with how it turned out. Beats the Civil War version as my new favorite Widow.

Hot Toys Black Widow - Black Suit

The legs slid in first, then the torso and arms and I re-stitched the back after that before then attaching the harness and belt.

    1/6 Custom Marvel Figures

Just swapping around parts I made an Ultimate Widow from a taller custom HT Black Widow body and costume, backpack and head from HT Snow Widow.

Hot Toys Black Widow - Black Suit

Black Widow + White Widow + custom body = Ultimate Widow!

Soosoo Toys The Boss Man (Daredevil s3 Kingpin)

It’s the yellowing glue they used to keep the fabric from fraying so they wouldn’t have to stitch it. You could try to remove the glue (good luck on that), cover it with paint or just live with it.

Hot Toys Back to the Future II - 1/6th scale DeLorean Time Machine

Pt 1 is the best movie and I prefer look of the car. The Mr. Fusion and flying are cute gags though. This pt 2 version is the better of the two HT has put out.

1/6 Hot Toys - MMS610 - Back to the Future (1985) - Doc Brown Collectible Figure

Same. The Hot Toys accessories are nice and I'll pick up some when parted out but the hazmat suit and the rest are disappointing so I'm going to cancel.

Bummer the new BTTF3 Doc head doesn’t look any better. :(

1/6 Hot Toys - MMS610 - Back to the Future (1985) - Doc Brown Collectible Figure

I keep seeing this "holes in the hair for glasses" complaint. They solicited this for sale with the same head from BTTF2 Doc Brown that has holes for glasses. Is it naive or just wishful thinking that Hot Toys would pay to have a brand new metal mold created just to "fill in the holes" on an old...

1/6 Hot Toys - MMS610 - Back to the Future (1985) - Doc Brown Collectible Figure

Hot Toys didn’t want to spend $100k for a new portrait and steel molds. They figured most who would buy it with a new head would also buy it with a head they already had molds for and they were correct.
