Thanks! Pretty easy actually: head from eBay (unpainted), cheap knock-off imperial uniform from eBay (tunic painted grey with acrylics). Cape: I dyed one of my hot toys Like capes black to match the Mandalorian look. I then got a custom that looked better- so I took that one for the Garindan...
