Opened my Andrew and Lizard figures today. Getting them to fit in my display always pushes my spatial abilities to the max. Anyway, I had the original ASM2 Andrew and sold it. This one is much better. I even gave the unmasked head to my old ASM1 figure. Looking forward to the new Tobey now.

Even though I still love them, after so many Star Wars & Comic Book characters, it's a real treat when a well-done classic cinema figure shows up on my shelves. Great job Sideshow!

I'd be curious if Hot Toys was solely responsible for choosing that expression, or did Molina and the studio have the final say. I actually think the Defoe head has the same issue, not enough of a furrowed brow to show evil intent.

I think it's a good headsculpt. It's just that the expression is too neutral and not menacing enough, as if Hot Toys chose to portray him when he's freed from the evil AI chip, and not in villain mode. The Toys Era version at least had a pissed off look. Still, I think it's an upgrade worth...

I'm hoping it will look better in hand. You would think InArt would have learned from the Asmus hat debacle.

Looks great, except for the hat. The brim really needs to be stiff enough to hold its shape at 1/6 scale. Looks like I'll still be using my old Sideshow plastic hat.

I would also love someone to make new POTA figures. I have the HT General Ursus. One of my favorites in the collection.

No button on backpack, just metal contacts when the backpack snaps into position. Try wiggling it a bit, and make sure the colored plug wires are aligned. I agree the magnetic attachment of the side cameras isn't too secure. Would have preferred if they made them permanently attached with lit...

Great addition to my sci-fi shelf. Too bad the helmet side lights don't light up. Premier released a promo pic with them on, but didn't follow through.

Just unboxed it and still haven't set it up properly, but definitely Figure of the Year for me. Never thought anyone would make this. Honestly wasn't expecting it to have turned out this good.

Magnetic eyes is a great concept for rooted figures where you don't want to mess with the hair every time you change the eye position, but I'm not surprised they had trouble at 1/6 scale. I imagine it would require Swiss watch tolerances to get that to work. It may be more practical for larger...

I actually prefer the Discovery Season 2 Pike uniform to the SNW one. Would be awesome if we got a deluxe edition with both shirts. I believe the pants and boots are the same.
