How did you guys get that armored body neck piece out? I eventually just gave up trying, since it seemed more likely that I'd break off the ball joint connector than actually pop the thing loose.

Meanwhile, mine was actually paint-locked in there. Took days and eventually an eyeglass screwdriver to pop it out, and some of the paint on the removable piece suffered from all the prying. Now that more people have this set..any tips for swapping heads? I still haven't gotten that half-a-neck...

I left the protective neck wrapping on mine, since it's totally hidden by the clothes anyway. Took off those anti-scrape bits on the spats and gauntlet, though. Let me know if you're able to swap heads, please -- and what you did to get the half-neck piece out if so.

Is there a trick to pulling out the plug on his left gauntlet where the holograms attach? I can't get it to budge -- there's nowhere to get any leverage without damaging things. Edited to add: Argh, I can't get his armored body's neck piece out to swap the heads, either. What am I missing here?

I'm not sure I'd want a show-accurate BOBF Rebo. They...didn't capture the original puppet super well. Though at least they seem to have gotten his number of limbs right (two!).

I did communicate the issue with the unmade relaxed hands to Sideshow when I made my parts replacement request -- it sounds like they'll be pulling the gallery pics that show them. Between this and Mythos Obi-Wan, I'm starting to feel like the photo killer.

I don't remember seeing film on any of the Mandalorian-series figures with this nameplate style that I've gotten. It's possible that I've just mindlessly removed them without thinking about it, but I'm really not sure they still have it.

The wraparound plastic that holds it together, yes. There's no separate film on the plaque itself -- that was my first thought and hope, but I don't think they've had that for a while.
