Very true! Yeah, that is the next hurdle is hoping nothing arrives damaged from UPS, but I'm not holding my breath 😅. I'm so ready to have my display up and my figures out again. Like you, this should be the last display I need and keep my collection contained to what I have.

Wow, almost a grand is insane for shipping. Good that you were able to adjust it down. My shipping was high itself, at just over $600. I was able to pay for full product plus shipping upfront though. Don't get me wrong, I think Bryan Wong is a good person and has no ill intent for any wrong...

I'm wondering if Gandalf would stick to Harry's base better than his own, or is it that Harry is just so much lighter factoring in. My Aragorn seems to have a much better connection than Joker and Gandalf as well.

Seems like they may be bailing on the magnets in general. I will say all the magnets on my Harry Potter are very strong. I need to mix match all the InArt figures with the bases and see if it's the feet, bases, or both that are weak since I know the HP ones are strong.

I don't hear about people not getting orders with this company. I think their downfall is they are not staffed to handle the amount of orders they are taking on. They can't keep their head above water I think like Nick mentioned, if they have to continue taking from Paul's order to cover...

Bryan Wong replied back to me very quickly. He apologized for the waiting times and not having my order out sooner. He is informing the warehouse to dispatch my order out today and will update me with tracking once UPS has it.

Correct, August of '23. I didn't do any custom sizes. I ordered 7 DF120's, a couple DF60's, risers, some half shelves, toppers, and a few other odd end items like that.

Thank you! I just sent an email again. I'm not understanding what's going on. I paid for my order up front in full and with being advised almost 2 months ago mine was in California, there is no reason my order should not have been shipped out yet.

I mean, I trust that I'm going to get what I ordered....eventually. My problem is more with that you are left completely out in the dark with where and when your order will arrive. Their website claims 4-6 months to ship out your order by sea. Then it's supposed to be at sea for around 10-12...

I got my shipping soon email from Sideshow for this today.

I did get from Sideshow. I have not contacted them yet though. Just got mine in on Friday. My chip isn't nearly as bad as your though.
