Me too. The licker is sculpted in a crouching position, it may seem small but I think it's ok. If you measure the legs, the size of the head and take in consideration that they are supposed to be former humans (not giants, even if in RE logic everything can grow bigger...), I think they are 1/6...

Yeah but Damtoys is oversized. I juste saw some pictures of a Claire figure who is supposed to be quite small, maybe like a teenager, next to a Hot Toys figure and Claire is bigger than a Gal Gadot figure. So...yeah the licker figure is not in scale with Damtoys. But could be to an RE4 Ada Wong...
