This Is a great surprise. I do love my plastic tunic Iron Man, but yeah, this Is what I was really after. Are the release estimates reliable with Hot Toys/Hono?

Well mine arrived after spending three weeks in customs, which seemed a longer stretch than the year since the pre-order! So I will say that I knew what to expect from the figure right out of the box on account of having followed this thread, so I wasn't too bothered by It's dwarflike stature...

Here's my Mysterio; the movie costume didn't quite work for me but the figure It spawned at least provided me with gauntlets :)

That looks great, but I've never heard of extending elbows or knees before, what does that involve? Also interested to hear what other improvements you have In mind. The one's you've done so far seem to have resoved that squat look that the figure had.

Well, I'm pleased to see that he seems to stack up very nicely next to the M35. Right now I'm thinking that the stand he comes with isn't quite grand enough for the figure, which isn't something I've ever considered before!

Oh dear, I just had another look..didn't notice that he had sold out!

It's currently 184 euros, which Is about what I remember paying for It.

Thanks. Yes I'm hoping to pick up the green menace sculpt at some point, hope it's not too small. Here's a few more of my efforts! Any suggestions for head sculpts?

Ah I nearly bought it from TW, it was listed for 175 yesterday up to 190 euros today.

Wait for a few more in hand pics of the Dark toys one before making your mind up. I will say though, that you just can't go wrong with the Star toys figure even if the smiling sculpt is a bit off, but that seems to be the case with the Dark toys one too. I was holding out for the DT version...

Making a suit is really no big deal if you know someone who can sew a bit. I would definitely encourage anyone to have a go as the results are ace and you don't have to take the figure apart aside from the boots. Check out my Batman suit on the Neca 1/4 thread I think I also have a couple of...

I can't resist showing off my newly be-lycra'd Batman, so here it is. A really great figure rather spoiled by the unconcealed joints, but a surprisingly easy fix; especially If your Mum knows her way round a sewing machine :) I gave Superman the same treatment and It looks great too.
