I LOVE that several of those pics make it look like the two of them are sitting uncomfortably next to each other on the couch. It's like there's something on TV that's making them absolutely cringe, but neither one wants to bring it up. :lol

I REALLY hope you guys can keep the license and keep making Middle-Earth figures! InArt is putting out some great stuff, but they'll never go deep into the line like you guys have! And you guys have done some great work over the years! You deserve to keep it up!

I don't think it went up on Sideshow, did it? Because I've actually been waiting. (They may be forced to release it, though. Even if sales wouldn't be brisk. There might be something in the licensing agreement that says they're obligated to. We shall see ...)

I would LOVE a Crown Possessed Theoden with a throne. 10000% agree.

Haldir, Lurtz, Denethor, Wormtongue, Possessed Theoden, a mounted Ringwraith with non-articulated steed (like Shadowfax) ... so ... so many ... Also new hobbits. I would argue for two-packs including each character's Fellowship version and their armored version. Also Sauron!

That's what makes it a fantasy story. All the hair.

Plus ... don't forget he spends a good chunk of the movies wet. And hair always looks darker when wet. (Trust me. I have really long hair and I go from Fat Aragorn straight out of the shower to Fat Gandalf about an hour later!)

If I'm remembering correctly, at one point Jackson & Co. considered showing Sauron as a physical being (other than the deleted Black Gate boss fight). I believe there's concept art somewhere of him looking all withered and wraithlike on a throne. I think. But it didn't progress beyond that...

God, I love the way they ship the heads in those tubes. Really shows care and pride in the product.

I'm not a big fan of mixed media hair, but I will say it tends to look better (or less noticeable) on figures with dark hair. Asmus did a decent job with Elrond and with Arwen in her riding outfit and some of the later 3Z GoT figures like Arya and Sansa look okay. But any of the blonde or...

Same for me. I suppose a fully haired sculpt that kicks *** would get my attention, but I'm pretty happy with both my 3Z Jons with their head upgrades.

Also, I'm kind of amused that 3Z never includes stands when they sell figures ... but when they display them in their offices ... huh ... stands. What do you know! :lol

That looks like a pretty good Richard Madden likeness, too. Really hope this line isn't done.
