Not sure if it is just the rendering, but these look a lot brighter than the previous releases. Didn't DC Direct have Condiment King already drawn up and ready to go before they were shut down? Wondering if McFarlane is still just using the stuff it inherited or if this represents their own...

Sounds like they are going to be at the Star Trek con instead of SDCC now. Not sure that was the original plan.

Getting the size right. I can scale the files, just never quite sure the right size for heads and I've seen conflicting measurements online. Even different stl files that claim to be scaled for 1/6 can be wildly different.

It must be an old Tom Holland sculpt that they tweaked! But in any case, it does not look good at all.

I do think it would look better with a less narrow-eyed expression.

I have their Darkseid and I thought it made sense there, mostly.

Not sure why they decided to make the idol base out of polystone. Adding heft and cost for no real gain. Heads look really good though. For this price I would have liked for them to include a generic nazi to punch.

Bringing this back from the dead to ask about current experiences! I've found scaling to be the hardest thing for me with headsculpts I've found online or purchased the stl for.

Just had time to open him up and have a look. Joints feel good on mine, not loose, not overly stiff. Can hold pretty much any pose. Headsculpt is amazing, especially love the eyes and the ridges on his head. Surprised the lightsaber doesn't have a clip so it can latch onto his belt...

I think their loss of so many staff may also have played a roll in them skipping SDCC. Maybe Hot Toys will do its own mini show somewhere around the same time as SDCC.
