How exactly is SS maintaining their PF prices when they have doubled in the last 10 years just like this piece? $800 is also cheaper than you can get the old version for.

Put it on eBay, nothing really sells here unless it is a giveaway price. I used to list stuff here years ago when there was even more traffic, but now just a waste of time IMO.

That paint looks good, but if it's anything like their busts it won't look anything like that in hand.

Yes, it is very strange. I saw that years ago when I got my SS PF and ended up heating the helm to get the points to close as I prefer that look.

Guys over on the Flame forum are modding this with fireplace effects, cool lighting for the window, and other "upgrades". Fireplace was instantly something I wanted to add light up effect when I opened this but might do others as they turned out looking great.

Secretcompass has it for $1759 shipped.

Considering some of their other recent releases and their price tags, it does seem decent. Might get one now.

I have not even gotten the bust yet, and the dio does not even have an ES set, surprised they would show this so close to all the other pieces. I love the size, but not sure about the pose.

ECC owns their factory, so that's not the case with them. It is however with P1. Lots of factory burned bridges (including ECC factory)

Where are you seeing these bad reviews? Post a link. Of course people will say it's not worth the money. Stupid Facebook trolls will tell you they would only pay $50 for it. Also, those pics you posted are a blurry oversaturated mess, can't tell anything from that.

1/38 line has nothing to do with their statues. It would be made by a completely different factory. From what I have seen the 1/8 looks good, not sure what you are seeing.
