I decided to try and recreate one of Batman Forever’s promotional photos using the Hot Toys figure. It was a lot of work and took a lot of figuring out with the lights, but I’m very happy with the result! 😁

Sadly, I hadn’t noticed his lapel had fallen off until after I took the photos, but…. “Gentlemen, let’s broaden our minds. Laurence!”

Here’s a couple more photos. As someone who only likes one version of a character in a display, I’m really torn between both looks right now. The museum sculpt is phenomenal, and my favourite of the three, but that mob boss suit/body is absolutely fantastic.

Just got mine in too. Absolutely incredible. I’m really blown away by this figure. And I love how strong the ankles are too.

Just got - and paid - my invoice from Kit. Can't wait to get this figure! 🤡

I like the look of this and really want to get it, BUT…. I just know that the articulation - or lack of - will frustrate the heck out of me. Not being able to move his ankles or wrists will prove extremely limiting for posing options.

Great news! I‘ve been excited to add this guy to my Batman Forever line-up since he was announced. Looking forward to seeing Breda’s early review of him.

I'm honestly not trying to sound snarky, but how did you miss it? I purchased that SDCC Joker within the first few minutes of it going up, and then kept an eye on it to see if it sold out within minutes, but it didn't sell out for at least 4-5 hours. Maybe even a lot more, because I stopped...

Glad to see Riddler is coming next. Very excited to get him. Those accessories look great.

Hopefully that will get the go ahead! We definitely need a better version of that tie.

I've had the McFarlane Batman & Robin figures for a good week now, and I'm absolutely loving them! So very very happy to have these figures, and finally have a great representation of Uma's Poison Ivy in figure form. Just thought I'd share a few pics I took over the past few days:

I mean, it's going to entice ME to buy.... I've been wanting Lock Up since the line first began way back when with DCC. So getting him now is a dream come true for me. Just gotta hope that Red Claw, Maxie Zeus, Rupert Thorne, and Clock King are in the works too!

That figure schedule went out the window when Mondo merged with Funko. There's a whole new Mondo team of managers/designers/sculptors now.

Batman is a fantastic looking figure, but I can imagine the lack of ankle or wrist articulation would get very frustrating for toy photographers.

That's how they all start out. Then they get bombarded with questions and requests and changes by fans, and suddenly, they stop being as responsive....... 😂

Fantastic! Nice to see this hasn't been totally neglected. When MARS initially teased him, they definitely worded it to sound like we'd see the full reveal right after The Riddler pre-order. As it is, it doesn't look like the figure would've been anywhere near ready to PO. But nice to finally...
