I'm wrestling with Snake Mountain myself. I want it of course but it's very hard to justify.

I do believe my local Forbidden Planet will have them in stock and that's the UK so maybe its the same for Oz. oooh!! Well that is a indeed a bummer.

I would like to validate that before i think it's true. I really don't see why MAA and Teela cannot happen given Stout did design on those too.

I dare say it precisely why they did it via Stout instead of Goodard. I will be buying two sets of these I think.

Well I'll be buying two sets of those movie figures for sure as I love em. I cannot wait for a Teela and a Man-at-arms. Thanks for sharing that. May very well try this on all the Filmation figures.

I'd be very much down with all that. I'm cool with the Barry Windsor-Smith choice too but he looks very weird with them big feet and narrow head. Hope they fix it.

Additional features that make it seem more value for money is hardly stupid now is it? It had better well come with at least the microphone feature for that kinda cash. I mean seriously, $600 for a plastic playset is just nuts. Saying all that, it is extremely cool and iconic like you say and...

Ok so we all getting the movie based figures but who is willing to shell out $600 for Snake Mountain?? I'm pretty annoyed it's that expensive to be honest and the bluetooth features (which was suggested) are being dropped.

Well I for one would never be putting this guy in with my Hot Toys. I won't be putting him with the cheaper stuff either. I will be waiting for more Mondo's to come out and then decide on a proper place for em. These are nice problems to have I think. :)

I love the Sideshow Skeletor but you are having a laugh thinking it’s closer to source than the Mondo version. Anyways here’s some requested pics which I hope will help folks answer some questions. I will also be very curious to see some of the costumes folks will make from this...

He's not tiny at all. He's the exact same height and girth of the Marvel Legends 12" Thor.

I love the figure but I think if He-Man had a splash of red on the skirt and boots along with some grey on the harness straps, it would make look more He-Manny.

I really don't see how any can say that the Mondo Skeletor looks generic. He-Man maybe but Skeletor is very Skeletor in my opinion and is far closer to source than the much loved Sideshow Skeletor statue. I think folks are going to be waiting a long time before there will be another company...
