All true. Scale within the Figuarts line is all over the place. I'm hoping Indy is more in line with their SW offerings.

I'm thinking it just needs dulled down a bit, at least for starters. It shines like a Christmas ornament. I've dull coated things that seemed to have ended up darker after the application or made them appear that way at least. I'm curious about this clear black though. I've never heard of it...

Will do. I may need to wait for the newness factor to die down a little before doing that. I don't want to wreck it on the first day, lol. The paint job is an improvement for sure but it's not a grand slam. Reducing the sheen a bit may do the trick.

I'm not 100% committed to the idea but I'm wondering if applying dull clear coat would make an improvement to the armour. I should be getting mine from Kit today so I may test a small area and see what it looks like.

I would absolutely try it. I was able to get my deposit back on that Ash William's that came out a while back due it looking like straight crap. All they can say is no.

Just read an article about a small part in the film that I thought was a cool little scene. I had missed the connection.

Rich did seem to go to bat for it a little more than the rest of them. They seemed to love the 3rd act but make it known that it's only due to the rest of the movie being so lackluster and recommended not to see it in the theater. It's funny that I typically hate everything Star Wars/Disney/KK...

Considering Mike's positive thoughts on Doom, I thought he would have enjoyed this. They all hated it, lol.

That was my take away. Despite its issues I still really enjoyed it. Perhaps I set the bar so low that it was inevitable that I was going to leave the theater happy. I said the same thing to my friend when it was over... I think I liked it more that Crusade. Crusade, even though I like it, was...
