I saw the movie yesterday and besides some nit picks, I loved it. Personally, I thought it wasn't the disaster that some have made it out to be but to each their own.
Depending on the figure or character, a 1/6 version can't pose for crap. Also no need to worry about peeling pleather, stitches coming undone, and all sorts of nonsense that 1/6 brings. I'm still in the game but not nearly as much as I was and not sure how long I'll stay in it.
That's my thought. I can watch any of the original three, even Jedi, at any time. I will still always love them. The Disney crap can go right to the garbage compactor.
Yeah, agreed. It's not like there are a SW level of characters to make so we may just get a great, fairly complete line of figures from the films. Glad to see Raiders keeps getting sprinkled into waves. *Crosses fingers for Satipo.
It didn't look terrible. The hat has a nice shape and the sculpt itself would probably look decent with good paint job. I decided to sit back and wait to see if anyone else dives in to do it.
And that is the one thing I'll be looking for at Toy Anxiety :p. I'll probably just get parts from the set and call it a day but haven't ruled out the full release yet. Mando is the only character that I have/want from the show so having two isn't necessarily a bad thing for me.
I'm still not convinced I need the new, shiney Mando coming out. I ordered custom thigh armor and a knee pad from Propeteer studios off of ebay and I think I'm good for the season 2 look. This figure still looks great after all.
