Speaking only of the Ragnar head, here are in progress pics of the sculpt he commissioned the other artist to make next to the Ragnar sculpt I made for another board member. They're obviously not the same.

When an artist is hired to sculpt a portrait they are at the mercy of the art director. This can either result in the the likeness improving or diminishing. Some of the concerns about the sculpt may be a result of suggestions ordered by the company. Having said that, I think its great :)
