I like this idea, "Upgrade Kits" could help generate some good faith/loyalty for consumers that feel burned by the other company and don't want to re-purchase characters they already own. I wish more companies would consider this option.

Honestly, the closest mass produced one you are going to find is the Hoth Leia vest, but even that isn't entirely accurate to the picture.

Yeah, Mondo screwed up the exclusives, there is no reason why they should have included an alternate Skeletor face with He-Man. There is a guy on eBay selling recasts of the Alcala face if you want to go that route. I think you would just need to paint it, but it shouldn't be too difficult...
