Even if this was a mistake, they’ve lost my trust and I won’t do business with them in the future. If you can’t reliably handle and process your customer’s money, you have no business charging your customer before the product is ready.

This is on Partial.ly’s FAQ: Partial.ly Payment Plans can only be canceled and refunded by the merchant from their Partial.ly Merchant Account at partial.ly/login. Does canceling the plan automatically refund it? No. Canceling an open plan will not refund the plan. They are separate functions.

They cancelled other items too, see the 1/6 Conan thread. Seems the company may be in trouble.

The Mondo figs aren’t perfect, but they really command a presence in a collection. I hope the line continues and we get many more of the villains.

I can’t recommend Cocoboloboy’s stands enough, they really enhance these figures.
