I have no reason to doubt the given rationale. Im just saying it can be a tool to promote early POs. Hence, it wouldn't surprise me if we saw it used again.

I have to believe there will be more than a few dropouts on this at bbts and ssc. And i wouldnt be surprised if the whole 1st batch vs 2nd batch was used more frequently as a way to reward early POs.
