That doesn't even make any sense - packaging accessories for one character in a figure set of a completely different character. It's liable to piss people off making people pay for a forced bundling, and makes Bob less attractive for those willing to buy multiple in order to make a "goon army."

I don't see how magnetic/swappable cards on jackets could be done without being too obvious. If it's not sewn on, it's going to look like crap. They'd either have to do multiple jackets, or just do one and accept that if you want to do multiple goons, there'd be the minor screen inaccuracy...
