After trying for a long time i was able to get the screws out and yeah, the PERS system is broken :slap, so i did what you said in those posts, just took out the piece that holds both eyes together and now i can move the eyes independently, it is a bit annoying to do so but i can live with that...

Yeah, that would be my main choice but two of the four screws on the PERS panel turn freely without coming out. So i don't know how to remove them. If anyone here is willing to sell a head with working PERS at a reasonable price please let me know. Thank you
