Yup, waiting to hear back from Sideshow. Hoping I won't have to send the entire figure back or anything, but given the fact that it's almost the whole thing except the arms I'm thinking they'll want to do a full exchange.

My torso had a couple scuffs, not too bad, I could live with it. But then I got to looking a little closer and the legs are a total mess, black scuffing and wear all over the place. I expected it to happen but it's still disappointing that such an expensive figure has this issue.

If I had known this one was coming I don't know if I would've ordered the Civil War version. I love Iron Spider, but I can't justify having both because they're both in kind of a crouch/kneel pose and that base looks very similar to the CW one (to me this one is just a slightly stretched...

This sculpt has me concerned for all of the upcoming Tony Stark sculpts and every other sculpt that could be released. I have preorders through 2022 and this isn't encouraging me to continue with Hot Toys.

Dang, the normal version is on waitlist already? I'm trying to hold out for Queen Studios to do something like this but they don't seem to have approval to do a RDJ sculpt and I don't want to miss this guy if it's going to be my only opportunity.

I think I paid $750 for this guy around this time a year ago. Seems like the pandemic is tightening purse strings so people are letting figures go for lower. I don't think $540 plus shipping is a bad deal for him at all, but all you can do is hope there isn't a reissue. You never know what Hot...

I went ahead and ordered the Premium Edition from Spec Fiction - it's so hard for me to be patient and wait to see what QS will come out with when there are other statues on the market that I want to buy, but I think holding out for their statues are worth it.

Yeah, I'm pretty close to swapping. I was a new collector when I preordered the bust, and I went with a shop that wasn't Spec Fiction and am now regretting it based on shipping prices alone. It might be a different story if I had known better :slap

I'm torn between getting this and cancelling my Queen Studios MK 50 bust order. It's a year overdue and this thing looks amazing. Not to mention the place I ordered it from wants $1500 or so to ship, when this thing is about $65 to ship off Sideshow.
