Hot Toys have to send prototypes to LFL and await for their approval. This statement is extremely inaccurate. No its not inaccurate. How can LFL approve something thats not going into production? If HT doesn't send them something then LFL doesn't have a say.

LFL Has nothing to do with it. As long as HT is producing figures then its not an issue. There are 2 Ford Solo figures that were released. So LFL nor HT can't say he's being ignored.

Looking forward to other reveals. The 1/24th scale is huge. I tend to stick with 1/48th. At least I can fit more. But I also build and paint them myself. Just waiting for my Moducases to get in so I can set it all up.
