Ugggghh why couldn't they have used this white fabric material for White Widow Figure. Then we wouldn't have to deal with the rubber suit material again. Yelena looks perfect. I wish we would have gotten a second head sculpt with the long pony tail as well to recreate the poser joke.

I am glad that they updated the hair. However I wish it was the rooted hair. The molded hair just seems so stiff and won't be able to use the hood.

I did sign up for the head. Maybe they had been closed today with the holiday. Hopefully we will see an update tomorrow from them.

I agree. It makes zero sense why have a cut off date? It seems like once they send replacement for the people who ordered they are gonna be forced to only received the original head to people once the cut off date? Makes me think that Hot Toys only made enough replacements and then once gone...

I had placed my order on May 13th. The head that shipped out to me was the 1st Batch non updated one. Hence why I was worried when I saw that date originally. They confirmed thankfully that I would be able to send the head back for the updated one.

So I called and spoke with the customer service number of Sideshow today. They said that even if you placed the order after the May 7th date you are still eligible to send the head back for replacement.

Seems dumb that if you had placed order after May 7 you are not eligible for the new head sculpt. Especially when they ship you out the figure with the original head still. For the price point anyone should be allowed to have the option to send the head back for the updated one.

So this is my first time purchasing an Iron Man figure by Hot Toys from Sideshow. Will we get to keep the original head sculpt and they will contact us when the updated head arrives? Does it really take a boat 3 months to arrive to Sideshow with this figure? Why is it that all of a sudden all the figures getting delayed?

It looks like they gave him a skinny waist. Thicker thighs and *** vs the usual flat *** they give male figures. Head size looks normal to me. Maybe it is just looking off since he is back with the short hair vs the usual long hair around his face and neck.
