IMO, Disney tried something different with the Acolyte and now that it failed, I am afraid they will take the wrong lessons from it. This is my thought too. There is a lot of stories they can dive into from this era, but now I think we'll just get more Skywalker-centric stories.

Finally got to finish this. Really liked the ending and how they brought all of the character arcs to a close. Not sure what else they will cover in Season 2 though.

Just came from the theater. It was a fun film. Sometimes a bit over the top but that's to be expected with Deadpool. Loved the cameos here too. Some action scenes were tough to follow. The premise is a bit meh though.

Last episode was good in my books because it was subtly different from what was shown from Osha's point of view in episode 3. In episode 3, scenes depicting the mothers are strict or scenes where they were teaching the twins looked more aggressive/abusive when Sol was watching in Episode 7...

He's probably not Sith. Or he could be hiding those eyes (like Palpatine in the PT). I do think he's more of a Dark Jedi or one of the first (if not the first) Knights of Ren based from the clues so far.

Because Cortosis was supposed to be rare, and not particularly easy to work with. It's soft and useless as armor in its natural state.

In Legends, Darth Tenebrous and Darth Plagueis visit a planet matching this due to the Cortosis deposits. If I remember right, this is where Plagueis kills Tenebrous.

We do see a few are still capable. Jecki was one, Sol was another (Master and Padawan so it figures), Indara was also ok and Venestra is showing promise too. On the flashback will see how good/bad Kelnacca and Torbin (as Indara's Padawan) were.
