Rewatching this, Hayden really brings a lot of power to his saber fights. Baylan looked powerful with his huge swings and seemingly very heavy saber. Hayden though just moves like an athlete. His footwork was really great too and this is what sells the choreo for me.

This stood out to me. I don't think we've ever seen Ahsoka wield the Force in anger? This was definitely done in revenge because she thought Sabine lost. Might fit into how DF compared Ahsoka to Gandalf. She had white robes at the end of Rebels showing her enlightenment, but here she was...

If I recall correctly, she is the last of the Ghost crew to see Ezra, and she knew Ezra was up to something but she covered for him by distracting the rest. I guess she is carrying a lot of guilt because of this.

I actually liked this because it gave context on why Ahsoka would not train Grogu: she already had a Padawan. It seems Ahsoka would have been training Sabine from the end of Rebels through the events of ROTJ and then there was a falling out of some sort before she appears in Mandalorian. I...

I think it's because Sabine got there at night time. She left at sunset, and Ahsoka was already talking to Hera at that point. She was still speaking to Hera when Shin and her droids attacked so it doesn't look like much time had passed at all. The editing made it seem Sabine took a while...

I don't think you really need to watch the whole thing. You just have to know the basic plot of Rebels and how it ended. There are a number of recaps in YouTube that are just 10-20 mins long (depending on whether they cover as far back as The Clone Wars).
