    Star Wars: Ahsoka

I think this is why they don't specifically use any of Rebels' footage in the marketing. They don't want people to think of Rebels as required viewing. I've read elsewhere that people who have not seen Rebels at all still enjoyed the screening. Obviously some nostalgia stuff might get lost...

    Star trek: Strange new worlds

Aww... I kinda like Prodigy. The first few episodes were rough (like almost every other Trek show out there) but once they got into the Protostar and the story starts moving, it was actually pretty good. I might be biased though because I am a Voyager fan. Lower Decks is growing on me. It's...

    Star trek: Strange new worlds

Yes, and due to the rumors of Paramount limiting to 2 Trek shows per year. So next year is likely going to be Discovery and one other. I am guessing this to be either Prodigy, or Lower Decks (Prodigy is rumored to go to Amazon). On the plus side, there are also rumors the Academy show might...

    Star trek: Strange new worlds

Yeah that finale was a banger. Such a bummer we have to wait at least until 2025 until we get a continuation.

    Star trek: Strange new worlds

Yeah I'm not against musicals, or shows that did the odd musical episode. However, the lyrics here felt forced, as well as some of the melodies as well.

    Star trek: Strange new worlds

This one I did not like as much, but I did love the Klingons. :lol

    Star trek: Strange new worlds

The M'Benga episode was solid. So far, this and the Lower Decks episodes are the stand-outs for me this season.

    MARVEL'S Secret Invasion

My theory (hope) is that all these are happening in different universes. :lol

    MARVEL'S Secret Invasion

It's hilarious that they already spoofed this in the finale of She Hulk. They knew exactly what they were doing wrong and did it again anyway.

    MARVEL'S Secret Invasion

It was explained an episode or two before this one, so during one of the ones you skipped. :D

    MARVEL'S Secret Invasion

It's a bit annoying they and this is the pay-off. I'm starting to think, these are all alternate universes. It has to be. :lol

    MARVEL'S Secret Invasion

Got to remember though, it's the writers that gave us this. So it's either they don't want to get good writers so they cheap out on sucky writers, or they underpay good writers so they give us this garbage in retaliation.

    MARVEL'S Secret Invasion

Missed the landing by a mile.

    Star trek: Strange new worlds

I loved the crossover! I haven't watched much of Lower Decks (mostly a time constraint on my part) but what I've watched, I've enjoyed. It was wonderful to see those characters in live action. It worked much better than expected.

Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part 1 (July 14th, 2023)

They needed another character to deliver more exposition. :lol I feel she was wasted too.

Nah, he looks closer to Elon Musk to me.

Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part 1 (July 14th, 2023)

Me and my wife used to have a movie date every week. The Covid lockdowns broke that habit so ever since we had been watching less and less. During that period, we upgraded to a 4k OLED LG TV and subscribed to a few more streaming services. With that in mind, it does not help that movie...

Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part 1 (July 14th, 2023)

For me, it does not work because the the movie is basically about the protagonists trying to figure out what said McGuffin does, but we the audience already knows exactly what it is and what it does. All of this figuring out is done in large exposition dumps. The movie is basically trying to...
