It's a medicom piece. I believe this one was limited to about 1500, only available in tokyo. It was made for their resorts. they have all sorts of costumes they did for him. I prefer the most iconic. they are available on eBay but have become very pricey.

I like many people om here missed the PO by minutes cause of the email. I am on the waitlist and i just purchased it from prime 1 direct which there website says it will be out in June or july of next year. the shipping did say 512$ i hoping that changes.
