New statues from Infinite Statue (still do not have rights to start new threads, so posting here). Oscar and Felix.

It is already offered by European distribution, just preordered him through my local e-shop. The price will be very similar, but without that ridiculous postage (e-shop actually offers free postage). Will nicely fit to my MOTU collection.

Well, the size should be 1:1750, as Revell one with length 40cm is 1:4000 (1600m : 4000 = 40cm), this one should be 91,5cm long, so 160000cm: 91,5cm is about 1750. Looks nice, but will it be worth 1000 EUR? (that is usually the final price of all the pieces till item is finished - R2D2, X-Wing...

I did not either, but last 5 orders I made from them last year came from warehouse in Germany, so I suppose they moved some of their goods there not to lose customers.

I would take the one from Zavvi. Yes, it is British company, but they have warehouses in Germany, so you will save money on VAT/customs fees and postage is 6.99 or 10 GBP (less than when ordering from US). I ordered through zavvi many times (Czech Republic is not that far from Austria) and...

What is the point? If the price is similar, I would better buy from my local eshop. There is still danger that you will receive some bootleg, fake item (even though customer protection of the shop improved in last years from what I heard). But try discussing the problem with Chinese seller...

I do not understand GG strategy. They make a statue that they know will sell well and make only 1000 pieces? And crap like Rey and Kylo they make thousands of pieces? I doubt this will get to Europe and with postage from US, customs fees, VAT it would cost me double the price to get one here.

My latest statue is Terence Hill by Supacraft (1:6, polystone).

Cool number. Saw another such a low number with their statue of Bud Spencer (a guy who purchases these statues for his Film legends museum). Mine is boring (218). But I am quite satisfied with the number I got for Fantozzi - 313. As he is always without luck, the 13 is great for him.

Depends on what you prefer. I personally prefer statues, even if not limited and just plastic. There is more to choose from in NECA line and you can make your own diorama. But statues are statues, seem to have better value to me (even though I would prefer polystone ones).

Bud Spencer from Infinite Statue compared to Supacraft one. Not my photos. I am just happy I waited for the IS one. On the other hand, their Terence Hill looks great.
