It isn't that hard to do really. The instructions are very clear on how to do it and what pieces need to come off and be put back in. And once it is done it is freaking glorious.

Barad Dur looks amazing. Definitely grabbing it on May 1st. I have all but the Helm's Deep sets so yeah kind of have to get it. Here is a pic of Rivendell with a light kit added to it.

To me it look improved but I was also really happy with the original sculpt. The rooting for the hair however is quite improved. I feel you on the old eyes thing too.

Upgrade Thorin head arrived! It needs styled but I like it. The back is not so crazy thick and it is the right length. Also it came with a LotR hat too.

I just saw that and ordered it. The head looks much better.

It could be possible. I am not up on how plastic could change color.

Gollum/ Smeagal arrived. He is kind of smelly. Yup those legs are tight but nothing a hairdryer couldn't fix. So far so good with him.

He arrived the other day. He is freaking awesome. Outdoor shots fix the bleed issue.
