Thought I would try using a negative edit to get the evil Galadriel. It works good enough for me.

I found it at a Walgreens or CVS for like $25. It is battery operated and works great in the background. I am assuming you mean the fountain in back.

Looks like I am not the only one to get her yesterday.

I have a design for a lifesize one that I will shrink down and print out and try on mine when she arrives for me. Hopefully it goes well.

I removed the cover to the top of the hat and squished the foam down and then pushed it further up the hat. It wasn't that rough to do at all. The magnet is still in place as well.

I messed with the hat on mine and it seemed to hep with it a little. At least for me to be happy with it.

Gandalf arrived from BBTS! Hat and base issues are still there. Otherwise I dig him. His eyes look great to me. I futzed with his hair a little. I am pretty damn happy with Gandalf myself.

I got the baggy too. I wasn't sure what it was at first and left it in the box.

I am stuck in this winter wonderland so I might as well get some pics while I am trapped here.
