A T2 kid John Conner is more unbelievable to me than the Queen Alien. When’s the last time Hot Toys even did a kid based figure? I see them doing a Sarah Conner 2.0 before a John.

The hood seam is the only odd thing there. The layering of the outfit and all the details on the armor is really well done.

The face paint just looks too factory manufactured. Doesn’t look natural at all. Very much needs that “hand painted” look, which it currently lacks. It’s almost like they used the exact same painting method that they used on the DX11.

Working on switching him to an Amon Hen look. Gave him a haircut to better match the short bangs that he had. Need to slap the Elven cloak on him and fix the sleeves on his wrist to hide the peg. Still just love seeing these two together! Legolas can't come soon enough.

It’s already confirmed that HT is working on a new version. If you’re unhappy with this figure just wait for theirs. Will have it's own pros and cons compared to this one. The best figure will probably be mixing the two together where possible. I just personally don’t care to wait until 2027 for...
