Hmmm…Deadpool 3 is looking like another Hot Toys treasure trove with all the rumored returns of old X-Men appearances. Depending on whether they’re cameos, main characters or merely rumors, I’d be interested in Prof X, Magneto, Storm, Cycl— basically everyone.

I wonder if WB Will brand and license the Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill and Gal Gadot versions of these figures as the Zack Snyder Trilogy versions like how WB licenses Nolan’s Batman films as The Dark Knight Trilogy to differentiate its Batman.

Heres my gameplan: Get the Hot Toys Tactical Batman and wait for a potential InArt BvS Suit (hopefully for better materials). Also, if Hot Toys releases that new Batfleck on a Batcycle. I’ll go with that as a curtain call figure.

It depends on if these figures sell out and sell out quickly. Even as a huge X-Men fan, I grit my teeth when forking out over $200. I’ve noticed the trend of 1:6 collectors waiting on sales so I don’t expect everyone to throw fund-money at Mondo so willingly but if enough of us grit our teeth...
