Perhaps "lame" was the wrong word. What I meant to describe was that this sculpt, or Yondu for example, is fantastic. Arguably both of them are better than any of the Tony Stark, Thor, or Steve Rogers sculpts. Arguably better than the Cavill Superman, or Gadot Wonder Woman sculpts. And they are...

Hot Toys historically does some of their best work, on lame characters (this, Yondu, etc.)..

I Preordered as well... originally, I was quite happy with displaying just Batman, Robin, and the Batmobile, but the recent previews of Gorshin Riddler kind of pushed me over the edge with these villains. Don't even know where I'll have the room to display them.

WOW, you all have some great poses and pics!! To be honest, even though I have a bunch of them, and I'm confident in the material, I'm still always hesitant to pose the figures. Not so much due to worry of damage, but more because they really are so different from regular plastic 1/6 scale...

I still do love this line... I agree, I would have preferred that they went with something other than the donkey for Set, and I'm disappointed that they seem to be moving away from the 2 sculpts per figure, AND the price has really gone up on these. But they are awesome. I went with the closed...

Ya, me too. I just got the email for shipping notice this morning. But I notice there is no tracking number... I sent them an email asking about that, as with such a big expensive piece, I'd really like to know the ETA.
