Infinite / Kaustic Plastik: Peter Sellers (as Clouseau) 1/6 Action Figure

Delayed reply. The deluxe extra base was only offered by KP if I'm not mistaken. It's neat for what it is, but at the same time, I'm not sure I'll actually ever use it. I like having the "Peter Sellers" logo on display.

    TBLeague 1/6 Egyptian Gods line

I'm really looking forward to Sobek... wanted in white, but I really think the closed mouth sculpt better suits my display. Such a disappointment that they decided to only offer one head. Bastet had two heads still.

Big Chief Studios James Bond Series

In-hand (maybe not being reflected in my pics) it's a massive difference. To be fair, I always loved the Sideshow Bonds, and actually, with a new paintjob, I think some of the sculpts would be pretty good. But side-by-side it's a huge difference. These pics are the figures side-by-side, the...

Big Chief Studios James Bond Series

To suggest that it is close to old Sideshow quality is ludicrous (as per my pic).

Big Chief Studios James Bond Series

Also a huge relief... some early pics made it look like similar problems from the Goldfinger fig, but I think the proportions are much much better, the headsculpt paint is not overly glossy or wet, looks totally natural, and thankfully (at least on mine), no paint rub.

Big Chief Studios James Bond Series

Personally, I think it's an excellent figure. There are a couple of nitpicks to be sure, I think the overcoat length is too short, and the dinner jacket sleeves are a little big at the cuffs, but I'm quite happy with it. As a ridiculous comparison, here it is (unfutzed) next to the old Sideshow...

Tamashii Soul of Chogokin GX-100 Legend of Daiku-Maryu Gaiking

Mine came in over the weekend (I'm in Canada). Unfortunately the Daiku Maryu is mostly plastic, but it is HUGE, and the paint and sculpt, as well as the engineering is great! The GaiKing robot is also excellent.

Infinite / Kaustic Plastik: Peter Sellers (as Clouseau) 1/6 Action Figure

I got the Version A, very happy with it! It's expensive, but definitely a quality figure, and the paintjob at least on mine is pretty good.

1/6 SSC Gambit Sixth Scale Figure

Sorry for the camera shake midway through... must have accidentally turned off the image stabilizer...

1/6 SSC Gambit Sixth Scale Figure

Yup, has the long sleeves, with the stripes.

1/6 SSC Gambit Sixth Scale Figure

It is as previewed. Sculpt is really good, definitely on par with or better than the Magneto unhelmeted sculpt. Paint and sculpt is well done, the hair pieces work very well - although the long haired one will rub on the (big) ears when putting it on, so you need to be careful. But the magnet...

Nice... mine is on its way!

1/6 SSC Gambit Sixth Scale Figure

I totally get the disappointment with some past Sideshow figures, but I'm getting the sense that some of you haven't (taken the risk?) purchased any recent Sideshow figs of the past couple of years. Firstly, as neither this nor the Soo Soo has reached any collector hands, it's ridiculous to say...

Got my notice as well... looking forward to this release!

Thanks for posting... really looking forward to this!! I pre-ordered directly from Kaustic Plastic, but haven't heard a peep from them.

Sideshow The Crow: 1/6 Eric Draven

Yes, we all know you hate SS figures, and you are a Hot Toys fanboy. SS has had lots of decent releases... all of their recent horror figures, recent Batman, Superman, Flash, Red Skull, Cyclops, Magneto, Wolverine... even the Jack Burton was very underrated. Again, I'm not saying that Sideshow...
