My Smeagol is finally out for delivery for Sideshow today. I won't be able to open it up until Sunday at the earliest, but wish me luck everyone!

Sideshow finally sent me the email that my Smeagol order with them will ship within 10 business days. Because of the discoloration issue, I debated cancelling the order before this email arrived, but after Asmus's assurances in here that they will replace the body if it becomes discolored, I...

I'm holding on to my Sideshow pre-order of Smeagol for now, but I'm anxiously waiting for news of Asmus addressing this issue. Of course I'd hate for SS to ship me my Smeagol and then have it change colors in a few months, especially if Asmus doesn't make this right for anyone that is affected!

I gave in. Special Edition pre-order made. $113 in SS reward points took the sting out of the $305 price a bit. And the same day the Spider-Man 2 Dualsense controller and PS5 console covers also went up for pre-order! It's been an expensive Spidey day for me, that's for sure!

Doesn't HT know my shelves and empty box storage area are full??? I had no intention of getting this before it was revealed (I already have the Classic Suit from the first game and a Premium Format Figure Spidey on display), but the figure looks incredible and I'm sure the game is going to be...

I like my Saul a lot! It's obviously not as flashy as most 1/6 figures that get released, but I'm happy I picked him up years ago, especially now that I've seen all of Better Call Saul how amazing that show also was.

I placed an order on Amazon Japan for this guy. $81 and change total.

I loved TMNT III as a kid, but watching it as an adult? That movie is hot garbage! So while I'm sure these figures will look cool, what with their samurai armor and all, there's no way I'll be getting them.

FYI- all three of this guy's options on Sideshow's site are now marked as "LOW STOCK REMAINING." Since I have been planning to pay for him in full with SS reward points, this forced me to finally decide between getting Gollum or Smeagol, so Smeagol it is! My estimated total (just for shipping)...

These had an "Estimated to Ship" date of March 2023 - April 2023 until the start of April, when it was changed to April 2023. Now that it's May, they have an "Estimated to Ship" date of May 2023 - July 2023. Ugh!

As many problems as I had with season 3 of The Mandalorian, I give credit to the writers of the show that they didn't change Mando's look at all this season. Zero changes. They would sell a LOT more merchandise if his armor changed, especially drastically, during the season, but they didn't...

I have no interest in a Tom Holland Spidey figure, but that has got to be the best 1/6 head sculpt I have ever seen (at least in photos). 100% looks like Tom Holland's head on a stick there!

I also received the $10 for registering for their birthday event. Very generous of them to reward us for registering for such a lackluster event!

And the "FREE SIDESHOW REWARDS" is back on a SS event schedule graphic. And here we thought they actually turned that corner! I know I've been getting rewards all day long, haven't you guys?? :sneaky:

Getting $10 in RP for 30 seconds of time and a few clicks is always great and very generous of them, but now they're delaying the delivery until after the event? SS sure are experts at making their rewards program worse, bit by little bit!

Can anyone else who has both Smeagol and Gollum chime in and/or show pictures comparing the head sculpts? I'm only getting one or the other but am still torn between the two- in some photos it seems like Gollum may have the better likeness but he's going to be on a LotR shelf alongside...

Man, I wish they would release Part III version of Marty and Doc. Having the pair in their most iconic costumes from all three movies in the trilogy would be excellent!
