That's true but perhaps it may have been leaked or simply based on HT's sculpt since most of their figures are. I wouldn't be surprised if they are not very familiar with the movie.

Agreed, the hair and zippers are 2008 quality. The zippers shouldn't bulge out of those edges and need to be blue (not black) with pull tabs at the ends!

Another point to add - Present Toys forgot the jump suit top and Seiko watch! These additions and the leather jacket would have been better than focusing on the cheap base, facehugger and alien egg. Hopefully we can see a second version similar to HT that includes these acccessories!

They already have the Power Loader prototype - it would be a no brainer - release her with and without the powerloader. A two-pack with Newt would be a great option too! EDIT: The face sculpt looks very similar on the PT release to the HT 2.0 prototype - I wonder if PT obtained it somehow?

At least we are getting something here. Hopefully PT can produce a first ever Newt and follow in pursuit with the USCM marines! Ideally we need a company to create licensed human characters.

They really need to release more from this movie - The Offspring (possibly a baby version too) and Rooke would be no brainers. A xenomorph cocoon and Rain + Andy would also be fantastic.

Brilliant figure but a shame on no split head and the mimic boots not matching the base. Aside from that the improvements from the original are fantastic. Hot Toys needs to make 2.0s of the Tech Noir and Police Shootout figures. They would sell like hot cakes! Hopefully we see more Terminator...

How is the faux leather holding up on everyone's jackets? Has anyone applied Trinova faux leather and conditioner? This is the go to for many 1/6 faux leather materials but I've never seen someone applying a product to this particular jacket.

Any update on this figure? It should be released soon I would think...

Now that HT is finally making some more predator and alien figures they should release this! Already have the prototype and they can do their usual laziness while still making a bang.

I don't think it will turn out well since most people supporting this line are long term fans of HT and/or the franchise. In this day and age accuracy is exceptionally important. A low effort job on a less popular Marvel character from HT still wouldn't cut it for most interested.

Exactly and they are generally quite inaccurate with their scaling. The problem is they started wrong and have to work from there.

Sadly most of these are easy to address. Not sure on the height but he would then be out of scale with the other predators. The Classic Predator is still taller than my Dutch on a Phicen M34 so I think that works.
