Haha yep. The one on the left is after I tried repainting the skin and veins myself - couldn’t get the effect I wanted sadly. The Laboratory FX nailed the paint for the skin and all the veins.

Holy crap this “event” was completely abysmal. The audacity of including the ‘66 Batmobile in that promotional image is astounding. Put Clooney and O’Donnell up for preorder and be done with it - then forfeit the license. They clearly don’t care and only have it solely to block competitors.

The current stitching is sculpted and 3D printed as a “placeholder”. Joost mentioned the stitching on the final figure will be similar to webbing on a Hot Toys Spider-Man figure - so it won’t be nearly as chunky/raised. I’m sure it’ll look much better/cleaner on the final figure.

That option might just be to buy both deluxe sets separately. Joost mentioned in a recent livestream that he’s leaning toward including the diorama exclusively for the deluxe two-pack.

Love the glider wings. The base having a swappable Shreck mascot cat head makes me wonder if they aren’t making Catwoman - you’d think that base would be saved for her.

Fingers crossed that, if ‘66 Riddler doesn’t release before the end of the year, and “Captain Villain” doesn’t go up for preorder, we get an announcement from JazzInc that they’ll make the rest of the ‘66 villains. Which hurts a bit, because the prototype for Mars’ Penguin is insanely perfect...
