By delay, what do people actually mean? Is it just that the cargo ship simply hasn't arrived to the US yet? Beyond that, what else could cause a delay after a figure has already seen release in China?

Exactly, the release of Drax helps me keep a small amount of hope alive that this figure, as well as Ripley from Alien, may eventually see release as well.

I think it will be the last week of March at the earliest, first week of April seems likely to me.
