I got my Sephiroth from them as well. This gave them some cred from my part, then I saw that they are messing up Cloud orders of which I was kind of skeptical about, but then along came Zack. As soon as I received my refund for all of my GT orders, I bailed.

Provided the order number and asked for refund.
