All things Marvel Legends/Marvel Select/Marvel Universe

I'll say this for that packaging design...I really pity the poor parent who doesn't know the characters and is trying to read the character's names on the front of box to find the one little Bobby asked for on his birthday.

Thanks for the tip! I liked her in the Dp2 movie. It looks like she went back in stock since I just ordered one.

List of BAD Ebay Sellers and/or Buyers....

I'm going to add one to the list: pa-bass-2012 I've been on eBay for 22 years and this was probably my worst experience interacting with a seller. As a seller, my philosophy is to always do my best to describe items accurately and own my errors. If I make a mistake or something I sold gets...

Yikes, I hope my Hellfire WQ isn't like that when that set arrives next year. I'm in the same boat, I only wanted that set for that particular figure.

Hi Loki - If you scroll back 3 entries, I had an experience with Hasbro customer service this past summer. They're nice, but took them over a month to respond and were not able to replace my figure, though they were nice enough to send something else.

    SUPERMADTOYS 1/6 Bionic Man

Got my invoice from KG Hobby as well - can't wait to get this one! Hopefully they are still proceeding with Jamie.

    Transformers Noob question

Not the direction you seem to be thinking, but there was that World's Smallest Transformer Soundwave a few years ago. It transformed into fairly close to a 1/6 scale tape deck.

You are indeed better off just painting the eyes yourself. I picked up a Green Goblin back in August with two left feet. It was the last one on the shelf, so I emailed Hasbro. It took them over a month to get back to me and then just let me know that they didn't have any replacement figures...

    Conan the Barbarian - Netflix

Perhaps they meant magazines? I thought a lot of the Conan stories were published first in magazines and then later as collected books.

Action Force 1:12 scale figures by Valaverse

Ha! I love that pack! I will definitely pick that up along with a certain figure that wasn't "declassified" ;) I did actually order several of the first wave from BBTS awhile back. These will make nice additions to the 6" Joes.

Hasbro 6" Black Series Star Wars line

Pretty damn big. I was looking at my new vintage collection X-Wing and it was closer to 1/25 scale than proper 1/18 scale. I was also thinking about 3D printing a 1/18 scale Y-Wing until I did the math...I think it was around 4 feet or so?

    3.75" Collecting Thread

I've had an awful lot of free time at home with the COVID-19 lockdown, so I decided to make a Star Wars shadowbox for my vintage figures. All of the Death Star wall panels were 3D printed. I used DS Modular Walls as the base but customized the fit for the vintage 3.75" Kenner figures and the...

Superman The Movie - Palitoy / Kenner inspired cardbacks / PAINTED FIGURE PHOTOS!

Re: Superman The Movie - Palitoy inspired cardbacks for custom 3.75 inch Superman fig Weight distribution perhaps so they would hang evenly on the hooks? I looked at a couple of 2008-ish carded 25th anniversary GI Joes I still have which have the bubble over on the right, and the peg hole is...

    ALL THINGS TRANSFORMERS!!!!

The Earthrise Arcee looks good, but where literally half the car mode detaches instead of transforming is kind of a lame cheat around the design. I would be curious to see what kind of average production numbers Fans Toys has vs. the average Hasbro/Takara MP figure.

    ALL THINGS TRANSFORMERS!!!!

What's crazy is Hasbro/Takara doesn't have any licensing fees since it's their property, but you can look at the very comparable Fans Toys FT-24 Rouge which retailed for about $100 just two years ago. I am pretty sure the engineering is just as complex and it is just as high quality of a figure...

    ALL THINGS TRANSFORMERS!!!!

It looks like BBTS got the Fans Toys Sheridan (Warpath) in. That should pretty much complete my cartoon MP cast aside from a hopefully eventual Protectobots set from either Zeta or Fans Toys. The new Fans Toys Astrotrain also looks really nice.

    ALL THINGS TRANSFORMERS!!!!

Not much I have hard aside from Astrotrain being out. My local Wal-Marts FINALLY started keeping the Frenzy/Rumble/Ravage/Laserbeak packs in stock. I've only started seeing them actually on pegs within the past month.

Robocop MMS202 Issues with the Head

No kidding, geez. I remember back on those original Alien Warriors how frequently the clear plastic ankles broke. I'm surprised Hot Toys was still using that same clear plastic years later for ball joints in other figures like Robo.

    G.I. Joe: Classified 6" figures

The Jazwares rumor turned out to have no truth to it by my understanding. It's been shot down pretty thoroughly in a couple of GI Joe forums I'd been watching lately for updates. EDIT - actually, it looks like Jazwares does indeed have one GI Joe license, but not for 4" action figures. It's...

    3.75" Collecting Thread

Re: 3.75" Collecting Thread I agree. I have the 2007 one as well and it's a nice factory paint job. I also have this vintage one that I customized last year. It was a 1983 stripped hull with just the canopy glass. I 3D printed all the missing parts and gave it a black "stealth bomber"...
