My collection rotates regularly enough that I usually keep the boxes for the next owner. The ones for more valuable HT, etc figures stay in the house while boxes for less valuable figures tend to go in the garage. Do I hate having it take up as much room as it does? Definitely...but I'm also...

I don't think an Iron Man would be much of an issue as long as it's packed well, but don't carry any figures that have firearm accessories. I flew once with 1/6 Stormtrooper figure years ago and they confiscated his tiny blaster. It was equally funny and just sad at how stupid the system can...
