Hot Toys 1992 Batman Returns 2.0

    Don't even get me started.

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

My post was referring to the neutral expression among the BD set of heads. Agreed when we're talking about the clean set of heads.

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

You just persuaded me to vote for the neutral sculpt among my choices. If extreme poses end up being a concern for the joints and the outfit then a museum pose will be necessary. I love sculpt 2 so that was a must. And between sculpts 3 and 4 I'm definitely going with the angrier one, so 3. My...

Oh, didn't see Joost's post already linking that livestream. Well, anyway.

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 Ultimate Catwoman (Batman Returns, 1992)

Topics including Catwoman and what if Hot Toys decides to make her aswell after all these years, the 1989 Batmobile, possibility of 1/12 1989 Batmobile & Batwing, a Jazzinc Tumbler and possibly licenses like Stargate and Robocop in the future if talks with MGM go well.

And that's the one they didn't rerelease

The Penguin (The Batman) limited series | HBO Max

Maybe they worry about diminishing Batman's impact on the Big Screen if he's on TV aswell. Although I don't know why that wouldn't apply even more to Superman.

Hot Toys DX46: Terminator 2: Judgment Day - T-800 (Battle Damaged Version 2.0)

Agreed, but I doubt it. This is how HT seems to think it should look, gory and blood-drenched. They did the same with the DX13. Thanks Cap'n. Hasn't got much reaction here yet* so I'm half-thinking people must think I'm wrong. Or they're sick of this same routine everytime - someone breaking...

Hot Toys DX46: Terminator 2: Judgment Day - T-800 (Battle Damaged Version 2.0)

I've borrowed your handy mod if you don't mind, BMD. At the risk of annoying people who I know are pretty happy with this figure as is, this is how I propose the clean and semi-BD sculpts more ought to look To clarify in case I otherwise cause confusion - Hot Toys haven't yet shown nor...

    TMNT (teenage mutant ninja turtles)

Did feckin' Keno in Foot Soldier training and the other Footsoldier 2-pack for TMNT II: SOTO ever come out or did I somehow miss them completely? I haven't seen Tatsu at online stores either.

Hot Toys DX46: Terminator 2: Judgment Day - T-800 (Battle Damaged Version 2.0)

That's Present Toys, not the same as PT studio, but I certainly understand the confusion.

Hot Toys DX46: Terminator 2: Judgment Day - T-800 (Battle Damaged Version 2.0)

You hardly ever get profile views when new sculpts are being debuted. Annoying because it's often the sideview where you can tell things are off. Hmm, not sure I see that. Agreed. I can't get past the swollen head HT keep giving him. DX13, MMS238 and now this too. Rotfish illustrated it with...

    The "All things TERMINATOR" thread.

Awesome. I have no VHS copies. I've got old VHS box sets of the Alien trilogy (as it was then) and the Indiana Jones trilogy (again, as it was then) but no Terminator. In fact I don't remember ever owning T1 or T2 on VHS. Until DVD came along I must have been living off TV-recorded copies.

Hot Toys DX46: Terminator 2: Judgment Day - T-800 (Battle Damaged Version 2.0)

The more lifelike human eye (at least at prototype stage) goes a long way for Hot Toys there but otherwise my vote would be for the PT studio who have a better grasp of the shape of Arnie's face and head.

Jazzinc Dioramas 1/6 scale Die-Cast Tumbler

Trying to remember if I ''went off'' the Tumbler as a design or if I just stopped liking the Hot Toys version of it.....

    The "All things TERMINATOR" thread.

I only kept a single MMS117 headsculpt - I used to have quite a few. I decided to go with the DX10 sculpt as the default on all my various clean T2 T-800 variants. There's been times I regretted selling the 117s though. It is a bit of a caricature but the detail is superior, no silly removeable...

    The "All things TERMINATOR" thread.

You would think they'd do it that way but they never actually have. The closest they came is where they did the MMS117 clean T2 and then came out with MMS136 T1 which is a slightly younger version of the MMS117 sculpt with a different hairstyle. But the next T2 Arnie they made was DX10 where...
