Agreed. It’s one of my favorite, if not my favorite SW figure, and it still holds up imo. Though it’s way past time for a v2.

Even though I’m content with my RotJ Luke serving as my green lightsaber wielding Luke, between the inevitable BoBF Luke and this TM Luke, I’d go with this version. I like the outfit better as it appears to look more in-line with the Old Republic styled Jedi outfits (just an all black version)...

Oh no, I’m sure it does. I purchased a custom cape for my DX12 figure awhile back because the stock one bothered me; I just really didn’t like the way it draped. While I’m sure a custom cape would elevate this figure, the stock one doesn’t bother me. Same with the coat on KM Batman.

I’m the same way. Unless something is such an eyesore, I’ll leave it stock. The only mods I really make are things that can be done by just futzing the stock figure.

Eh, Mk 46 to me seems like one of those figures you’ll ultimately regret selling.

The red straps on TFA suit have always appealed to me also, for the same reason you said with the way the design blends in with the functionality as opposed to simply being design.

My shield is flaked even worse. I need to pick up a new shield for him as well. Figure wise, it holds up if you have it displayed among other TFA figures. Outside of that, it looks outdated imo. The one that I personally still holds up regardless is the Rescue Version, mainly due to its unique...

I have them (the lightning effects) on mine. It’s the only Thor figure I have with lightning effects displayed.

Nice, looks awesome. I have CW Cap, EG Thor, Mk46 and EG Thanos (regular) on a shelf together, and it’s currently one of my favorite displays. I may get Mk50 or Mk85 one of these days and that’ll take the place of Mk46 on that shelf.

True about the brighter colors of the A1 suits popping a bit more on the shelf. And I have TDW LA, AoU, Gladiator and EG Thors. One of these days I’ll have to compare them side-by-side and see how much they differ in size. TDW LA and AoU have never really looked out of scale to me, personally.

In some small way, I hope that scenario is legit. I want to see if they have the cajones to go that route and expect it to be a money maker for them.
