For anyone who preordered through Sugo, I just received my invoice after being told I'd have to wait til January. Not sure if there were cancellations or their stock arrived earlier than expected. Either way, looking forward to hopefully sharing in the excitement before or soon after xmas.

Made some eye and mouth adjustments. Looks more accurate to me, but more fine tuning would get it even better.

I literally just laid it over the collar and fabri-tac'd it in place and then trimmed it to the proper shape. I spent more time dying the tshirt collar to get the colour right than I did doing any of the attaching.

Just got word from Sugo, if you preordered with them and have not received a notification that it's ready for payment by now you're now going to be waiting until January, when their next batch arrives. At least that means I don't need to factor Aragorn into my xmas budget...

They did his origin story the best, for sure, but yeah, after he became Batman, that was about it from my perspective. The Bale Batman's are still, easily, my favourite movie Batman movie series regardless.

My main take away from the Battinson movie was that unless you really want to do something exceedingly earth shattering with the story, the villains will always be the most interesting part of the movie. I only watched the movie cause I wanted to see The Penguin series when the initial reviews...

I've decided against picking it up or any other new BTTF figures coming out. I've got my BTTF display sorted and no room for anymore unfortunately. Getting Biff is opening up too much of a temptation for other figures that would be nice, but not ones I'd love.

Hmm neutral expression looks like it's been distorted when pulled out of the cast or something. Definitely too wide/bulbous across the cheeks and eyes too far apart. Heating this up and getting the temples/cheeks pushed in could bring the likeness up nicely.

Man, I'm super tempted to get onto the the pink tie one but I feel like this is going to get a better figure in the near future. The show's got so many iconic accessories already, plus I don't think this has the ankle brace. The likeness is decent, but that smiling render or something more...

The last time I remember this happening, the release was very disappointing (maybe Wez?) but holding out hope this is a worthy figure.

Mm I'm already planning on the possibility of having to hack my own remaining figures together. I'm happy to do the Silk Spectre with a custom head/body and my own Dr Manhattan, but a Night Owl is something I really hope Soosoo still gets done.
