InArt: The Lord of the Rings - Aragorn 1:6

I hate to say it, but the easiest ticket to all four are Hobbit packs. -Stand alone Frodo, sculpted -Frodo/Sam, rooted -Frodo/Sam/Merry/Pip, rooted

    Furiosa (May 24, 2024)

Wife and I watched FR last night. It was her first time seeing it and she loved it. It prompted me to think about the vice grip Miller has had on Mad Max and his control in releasing content related to it. You just know there's some WB executive sitting at their desk, foaming at the mouth...

Hot Toys Spider-Man: No Way Home - 1/6th scale Spider-Man (final suit)

I like that the unmasked head has a ball joint on it. So you could probably take that sculpt over to one of the old Hollands or a custom too, maybe with some work on the barbell joint.

InArt: The Lord of the Rings - Aragorn 1:6

Correct me if I'm remembering wrong - but didn't the Hobbit franchise do well in Asian countries? That could be a motivator as to why they fast tracked Thorin.

Action Figure The Fallout collectibles thread

Highly doubt they'd retool for that. Power armor is power armor ultimately. No one is going to buy a TV version because the mold is different, it's a waste of manufacturing cost and resource for 3Z. If anything, it'll be the blank T-60 with the BOS logo on it. MAYBE a Maximus sculpt to swap...

1/6 Hot Toys - TMS128 - The Bad Batch: Imperial Clone Commando

Elbow pads would go a long way on this one

1/6 Hot Toys - TMS126 - The Clone Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi (DeathWatch Disguise)

I had one in my cart and dilly dallied too long, and despite it saying it was reserved the order didn't go through. I was wishy washy as is, which is probably not a good reason to buy a figure. I really only need ROTS and CW Kenobi.

    Hello from Toy Anxiety!!

I mean that's half the price of the set, I think that's fair.

InArt - Ron Weasley 1/6 Collectible Figure

The paintings are lenticular from what I understand. So they technically do move. But even static, I would believe those bases to be essential.

1/6 Hot Toys - TMS128 - The Bad Batch: Imperial Clone Commando

Eh they're making the molds anyway. You'll see this figure again with a different paint job.

1/6 Hot Toys - MMS745/745B - Episode III: Revenge of The Sith - Darth Sidious

Man that's some Resident Evil 7 levels of creepy on the sculpt. Very impressive on a technical level though!

InArt - Ron Weasley 1/6 Collectible Figure

Man I really like the sculpted here. But I'm committed to rooted because of the deluxe Harry. The diorama bases are exceptional.

    BBO TOYS - Godfather silicone/Rooted 1:6 figure

Finally, the day has come. I've always wanted a Modal nucleus fat tert voxel. Never thought we'd see it.

Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi - 1/6th scale Darth Vader™ Figure

I think the only option is to display this as the battle damaged version. I know people are...passionate...about source material, but I simply think the sculpt is too good to box up. I'd originally planned to pick up a standard version and put the clean armor from the deluxe on it, but the...

Hot Toys Spider-Man (Tobey Maguire) - Spider-Man: No Way Home

The worst thing is and always will be that ******* neck seam. I hate that people championed that so hard, because it really looks egregious.

HAOYUTOYS “Odyssey to the West” 1/6 Monkey King “Sun WuKong”

Welp that explains why the dark version comes with different sculpts. I'm sold now.

NECA - Planet of the Apes

Total rereleases, likely with inferior paint apps. Saw the Assassin's Creed figures and they're missing a number of paint decos on them compared to the originals.

Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace - 1/6th scale Darth Maul™ Collectible Figure (25th anniversary)

Isn't there some consistently inconsistent placement of the face tattoos through the film?
